The Godfather Cannoli

Get ready to wreck your diet in style.

home of the biggest, baddest, most outrageously stuffed cannolis this side of Sicily.

These aren't your nonna's dainty pastries. We're talking loaded, overflowing, jaw-dropping desserts bursting with flavors like maple bourbon bacon, tiramisu, and churro.

Grab a napkin and dig in—
these monsters don't play nice.

We don't do petite.

Our hand-made cannoli shells are twice the size of your average pastry—because why nibble when you can devour? These big boys are hand-piped, stuffed to the brim, and way over-the-top.

You want delicate? Go to a tea party. You want bold, creamy, crunchy greatness?—you're in Monster territory now.

Who is behind this cannoli madness?

Founded in Austin, TX in early 2025, Monster Cannoli was born from one man's obsession with the perfect cannoli—and a whole lot of entrepreneurial gusto.

Michael “Skippy” Pazienza grew up surrounded by the sights, smells, and flavors of his Italian heritage. From holiday baking with his Nonna to loud family feasts and visits to old-school Italian bakeries, food wasn't just nourishment—it was tradition.

Now, he's channeling that nostalgic flavor into something bold and new. Monster Cannoli is his way of bringing those rich, authentic memories to Texas—with a modern twist. By blending classic Italian techniques with global flavors, he's reinventing the handheld dessert… one monster-sized cannoli at a time.
